Upgrade Seats

I have a 2005 gxl and it seems there isn't enough lumbar support even around town I get a sore back , has anybody swapped their drivers seat for something different ? if so what sort and is it easy?

I'm in the same boat would love a better seat now I have a dicky back.

Have attached a couple of photos of lumbar support I used when I had back problems, and they were very good at supporting back /head

Bought them online back about 2011 , though no link available .
