    Great idea Hutch, called up ARB and they knocked it down to 1665 so booking it in with them.. now i've got to choose some decent rubber but thats another forum !! :-)

          Lift is more useful than some posters here think.
          If you are on a track that is only normally done by lifted/larger 4wds, then you will be "grading" the track as you have the lowest suspension.
          I saw this many times on a recent trip to Cape York. The one Prado in our group with no lift got stuck, scraped, etc a number of times when none of the rest of us did.

              Ahh, er dont know, should i ask? now there's a newbie question for ya !! is it just compression thats different between model numbers? Ive let them know ive no bull bar or otehr stuff on it.

                Thanks, After asking around i got the same impression, and while ive got permission from the missus to spend them i'm gonna !! Might regret it if i leave it..

                  Was just checking they r putting the right springs in for u, you should be getting 883 front and 895 rear based on what u have told us. Any other help u need just yell out.

                    yea mate after i wrote that i looked up i paid $850 for them when i wrote it i though it seemed wrong and yea they are not the best quality but not the worst ,
