Hi There.
If you put the coil spacers in with only the 2 inch shocks you will top the shocks out & tear them apart in no time.
You will need to start again with longer travel shocks if you want to run the spacers.

What he said ^^^^^^^
Better off starting from scratch and putting in a dedicated 3" or 4" lift. Superior engineering sell one. Not sure if Jason does or not.
Steve's 120 is one of the best and well worth the read

More to the point, extending brake lines is more to do with suspension travel, not so much height.
So if you not changing shocks, you don't need to.
Depending what part numbers you have in & how much lift you really have, if you would get away with 10mm spacers????
You don't need to drop your diff unless you are putting in too long travel, yes too long.
Spacers are a bad idea. Just get the right springs.
I think if you need to drop your diff, you just lost the clearance you gained.
Maybe try a live axe vehicle.
