Yeah that is a huge difference in airbag height.
Is that tricking the sensors or is that normal for airbag man install ?
I got the sensor kit from them today so wil install that and see what happens

Your rear height only needs to go up a bit. Instead of installing the kit, I would just undo the nut on the height sensor and slide it up the slot. Obviously you will need to do it on both sides. If doing this is enough to get the required height (20-30mm higher than the front) then I would leave it.

Lots of info here on Prado Point on adjusting the sensors, I originally used some washers and longer bolts to space out the sensor mounting bracket, 3:1 ratio, 3mm lift for 1mm spacer. So work out how much lift you want and divide by three to work out how far to space the sensor. Very easy to do and only takes a few minutes. Check out the following post form 1coolbanana who has done a lot of research into this. http://www.pradopoint.com/showthread...r-a-Lift/page2 post #72

Or just do whats amts said he is Mr airbag

          Thanks guys.
The airbag man sent me new bolts with 10mm spacers so that should get me up where it belongs
Then i can work on getting the front up higher as well.
I appreciate all the feedback guys it helps dumb ass guys like me to fix our cars without spending heaps at the mechanics :-)

Graz..Kevdebbi's post (#18) is on the money. A 10mm spacer could be too much?? I remember I put my spacers (From ABM) onto the swaybars so they sat ever so slightly lower. He may have given you different ones's, I dunno. I just used washers like 1Coolbanana. His thread is very informative. Used Locktite 222 to secure everything. What you are doing is tricking the height sensors.

Yeah Macaroon1, I need to go up at least 30mm
That will bring the rear to 815mm high

Graz, as advised by AMTS, you only want back 20-30mm higher than your front, so 815 will be too much, with your front being 770, you only want back to be 790-800mm. Can easily get that from adjusting the linkage in the slider, the spacers will lift it too high.

                  Yes i understand that.
I will be lifting the front as well to suit

I also found before upgrading my suspension, my read end used to thump around, esp on traffic calming, after installing new springs and shocks in the front, I ran out of time that day to do rear shocks, took it for a test drive that night and the rear bottoming out was fixed. Obviously the front has a huge effect on weight transfer to rear.
