Grande Air Suspension Help?

Hi All,

I have a 2007 D4d Grande and have just replace the airbags with new ones from airbag man. My problem is that the compressor isn't pumping them up.

I have applied power directly to the compressor and it runs so thats not the issue. The H-N-L lights all show when the ignition is turned on the Im left with only the N light and the ride height switch won't change the position, I've checked all the fuses/ relays and there's nothing there either.

Im stumped as to what might be causing the problem.

There is a few threads on this, it times out for longer periods each time. you need to get a decent code reader and plug it in, and clear all the error codes first. partially inflate bags and it will start.

Snap On, Launch etc. 2500 to 10 grand though. Techstream might be another option.

There is an earlier post here from Dazz in 2013, and he worked out the problem. He saved me a lot of money and explains how he solved it, sticky valves/solenoids seem to be the issue and you need to get to the inlet pipe on your compressor. Good luck!
