Micky Thompsons sell for DOUBLE the price in Australia as the same tyre in the US, even after adjusting for currency exchange, shipping costs, taxes, etc. They might be good tyres but I won't be supporting such usury and contempt for Australian customers, just because they can get away with it. They aren't THAT much better than any other tyre...

I have had them on for about 6 weeks, done one high country trip, (pretty sloppy in places)and a bit of dirt road driving, all up about 2000ks. Very happy with them so far, a little noisy at low speeds on blacktop and don't notice any extra noise above 80ks, my tinnitus drowns most noises out anyway.Comment

Had my P3's on for about 5 hours - and 50km.
Definately notice a bit more noise than the old Cooper AT3's, but they are a shed full more aggressive looking. Hopefully will get to test them this weekend.Comment

Just put 3000+ outback kms on the P3's - Bitumen, fast and slow dirt, sand, rocky tracks and mud. very happy with them. They have good bite with power down on loose dirt and no issues in mud. They handle well and seem to have taken rocky tracks with no chipping at all.
They are a little more noisy than the 4 ribs but I can only hear them at slower speeds. Non issue for me.
