Hi Jayden82, The bar looks really nice! I have a new Graphite GXL going in mid December for the same colour coded bar. I was under the understanding that the 220 xrays would not fit! needed to go 200. Glad to see that that is not the case, and they appear to fit fine!
Hi John, yeah I'm stoked with the bar. I reckon it suits the 150 lines and looks more modern than the others. Also I have a thick paint job and the colour match is perfect - so yeah all good. I did order the 200's because i liked the led light ring, but there was a mixup and I ended up with 220's. The 220's have an led row at the base of the light. In the end don't really mind, 220's shoot further and wider.
Cheers.

But I do wish that they advised me of the gap before installation and given me a choice.
The ARB Bar on my 95 series was the same AND they didn't black out the gap.
The TJM bar on my 150 also has a gap so it seems pretty standard. They do bounce around a lot, as others have said the gap is a safety measure to prevent damage to the bar and vehicle from any flexing.
Buddy their is no real choice, any bar u fit no matter what brand will have a gap otherwise it will cause damage, my TJM bar on my 150 has a 20mm gap, it is about the car and how it flex's.
Just have the ARB Bar install last week. They did a very poor installation. Please comment on the gap between the bar and the bumper. Mine is 22mm wide !! I can put my hand into the gap plus can see the inside of the bumper.
I am very unhappy with the gap and it was advised that "how it is" when i pick up the car.
Please advised what is the gap between your bar and the bumper and if they made an error.
LQQK
I installed by ARB bar myself about a month or two ago, in the instructions it specifies a minimum of 20 mm clearance. So mine has the same gap.
Lqqk, around 20 mm is right these flex a lot, the body on the chassis move around a lot and with out that gap you would get damage to the body/ bar, it also looks like they have blacked out behind the bar which is better than some will, from the look of the pictures it looks like a good install to me.

Hi Jayden, you seem to be missing the rubber cover over the winch inspection hole (the one on the top surface of the main beam). Did you take it off or did TJM just not supply it? I have the T13 bar but in black and it had the cover. The bar was on the Prado when I bought it so not sure if that was an optional extra.
Yeah fido, not sure hey? Maybe I got jipped on the cover. Next time I'm in I'll ask about it.
Cheers.

Hey PP team, here are a couple of pics of my new TJM T13 colour coded graphite.
Complete with 220 xray HID's - they have an LED plate at the base.
I ordered 200's with the round LED ring, but TJM got confused.
I got TJM equipment on my Prado 2009 Kakadu D4D!! Although the bar looks good, i do question the workmanship!! I'll post some more detailed pics on the install later today, i've just recently had another one of my prado's gone in for an ARB bar and i must admit the workmanship is far superior..
