Very interesting - Just yesterday I went to TJM to place and order for T3 and XGS lift, however whilst going through how they 'handle' the headlight washers on my VX (they were going to replace OEM with black squirters). I discovered that the T3 doesn't cater for front parking sensors. Unfortunately this was a deal breaker and now I'm back to the ARB Sahara bar.

I notice in your photos that you've got both the OEM washers and front parking sensors. Can I ask who did your install?

You might want to consider some new front springs then Frank lest you be dragging your nose on the next off-road excursion. Both Dobinsons and Kings do KDSS specific springs.

Spot on ... The ground clearance at the front was already not that great with the Brown Davis bash plates (which are great as such).
So you're happy with your Dobinsons? Have you done the front springs only (40mm lift ?) or front and rear?
Can you give an indication of the costs ?

Ha ha ... The ECB bar has the aesthetic charme of a double T-girder ... no offense ... but for me that must have taken a lot of denial to "design" that bar to fit the 150.

Its Purely aesthetic.... It's wrong.it looks like it drove through 9 farm fences hit two hills hoists and popped out the other side.
Unless its a forum members car if so eeerrr it's not too bad just not my cup of tea.

Has anybody found that their insurance premiums drops after fitting a bullbar?

Bought my 150 with the bar on so can't say, don't think it dropped when we put one on the 95 series.

Would be fair enough as the repair costs should be significantly less!

Except if you collect another car and it's your fault. I had an accident in the 95 series and wrote off an old Barina plus my bar had to be taken off, re-powder coated, and re-painted even though it just had some scratches. No-one was hurt but our old Prado ended up being off the road for a month due to delays with the powder coaters and then the painter got the colour wrong. I kicked up a stink about how long I'd been without a car and got a rental loaner while they re-painted it. That can't have been cheap for the the insurance company.

Alloy. Tjm has a free snorkel with the alloy bar this month. Expensivefree snorkel. Int it )

Just a hot tip, the alloy looks great when mew but it is a bugger to keep it shinny.

I've searched and searched. And can't find in this thread'' other than the tjm factory photo. Does anyone have a real photo of the t15 tjm bar on a 150? A graphite car preferably. Just interested in how it really looks.

Alloy or steel bar? TJMs website has both and they look very different. The alloy doesn't look to bad, the steel on the other hand...
