i have just fitted a sahara bar to my 150 in furnace.... will post pics when i get a chance but i reckon it looks the goods without the chrome nudge bar... i like a bulbar to be uncluttered hence the reason why i will only have my spot ties on the bar... might leave the chrome nudge bar on top off for a bit... (also have the winch control solenoids mounted up under the bonnet..
cheers

I have to say that I prefer the look of my 150 post TJM bar, the front bumper on it was dead set ugly and I am not sure how a piece of moulded plastic to the shape of a D9 blade 'the bumper' would improve wind resistance, very happy with my choice of bar. The ARB bar range is also just a good an improvement to the front end. I agree with Kakadaz's opinion but that the Tuff 5 poster bars is one seriously ugly bar... I enjoy telling my Dad that every time I see his new Hilux pull up out the front with one bolted to the front, it serves a purpose for him but, he can hit almost anything between trips from our farm and back and not have to worry about it.Originally posted by boomer View PostBut really seriously KAKADAZ, all bull bars destroy the beautiful lines of the 150 series. Have an objective look at them all including your own, the TJM, which is arguably the most ugly!!!

Those beautiful lines is something my wife would say. The Roo I hit 4 weeks ago at 100kph would also ruin those lines. I hit said Roo at 10:30am as well so not a high risk time to travel. I much prefer the look of my car with my bar and having the choice again would choose the T13. Not to mention holding my spotties and future winch etc etc ....

But really seriously KAKADAZ, all bull bars destroy the beautiful lines of the 150 series. Toyota designers went to great lengths to design a flowing shape with minimal wind resistance and a huge, ugly, heavy bull bar destroys all of that. I know that they serve a purpose for those travelling at high risk times for animal strikes but they have a down side. Have an objective look at them all including your own, the TJM, which is arguably the most ugly!!!Originally posted by KAKADAZ View PostI mean seriously.....some people just don't have a clue that's how you destroy 70k worth of car. It should be crushed immediately and the owner jailed.
