I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy mobile phone and having trouble maintaining Bluetooth link in 150 Series GXL. Previous Nokia mobile worked OK. I have followed the Prado Manual and established pairing but when I turn off Bluetooth on mobile and turn back on the Bluetooth link is not re-established automatically. I am not sure whether problem is new phone or me not following the process in the manual correctly. Any ideas??

When you say not maintaining bluetooth link mine is android like your galaxy and it doesnt show as connected on the cars head unit until i initiate or receive a phone call even thought its connected.. Is yours dropping during a call or is it simply not showing as connected on the radio unit?

Mine does it occasionally but I just switch bluetooth off and on again on the phone and it connects with no dramas.
I'm guessing you won't have this problem coz I think the GXL gets a different stereo, but I have the S3, and my sister in law has the S4, hers in a hilux and mine in the prado. Same radios in both... if you use bluetooth streaming for mp3 tracks, DON'T use the skip buttons (shown on the LCD screen, number 3 and 4 or something). For some reason it goes into fast forward and I couldn't stop it without re-pairing the phone to the radio.
