I had to pay $25 freight for mine.. But I live in Kalgoorlie

At present the backbone is only available for the long (2128mm) platforms so that's what's in all the pics you would have seen.

    Wow what a great deal.

I got mine earlier in the year from auto extra but got 10% off for being a previous customer.

I ordered mine on the weekend. I get it next week and paid 1300 with me picking it up an installing myself.

I have a sunroof on my 150 Altitude so it will be interesting to see if the open tilt will not be affected.

Hi Trevor, which rack system size did you go with? And where did you get it? I'm struggling to find one in Perth lower than $1400 for the 42107B (2128mm x 1236mm). Those photos of yours look great, so hoping to find the same combo. Josh

Yeah it does look pretty slick. I'm not too worried about the height (for now), just tossing up between 1928mm long with feet or 2128mm long with backbone. Cost isn't the real concern, I think I read the 2128mm platform was a tad noisier, which is plausible as it protrudes out further. Any idea on that one?
Also the OP queried dirt getting in the mounting point recess. Any risk of that?
    Cheers

Slightly lower than the feet if height is something that worries you. Plus i think it looks good

    Hey Guys!

Great to hear that they're finally finding their way into your hands. We definitely hear you loud and clear regarding the allen keys. As the instruction suggest, a long ball end allen key will absolutely make the fitting 10 x easier & quicker.

Please keep the feedback coming through - good or bad!
