Hi all
I was at ARB at Regency Park in Adelaide today, Discussing bits and pieces for the Prado.
The subject got onto the upcoming Caravan and Camping show in Adelaide and ARB's display for the show.
Mr ARB said that they have got a 150 series Prado coming, tricked up with gear including the new Bullbar hot off the production line.
Will be eager to see the new model kitted out.
Cheers Troy

Finally someone makes an attractive front bar for the 150
The Ironman one looked pretty much like the Ironman one for the 120 which looks pretty much like the ARB one for the 120 which looks pretty much like the ARB one for the 150 :? The ECB looked like a stuck pig but both the Ironman and ARB look the same to me
Here is the pic that the Ironman dude posted a coupla weeks back now:
Now here is the ARB one from above
To me the most significant feature is the fog lamp. I have the fog lamps in my steel bar and don't use them. The other noticable differences are the slight change in angle of the hoop bar on the ARB one where it meets on the right and left wings. In the pictures above it also appears that the ARB one may cut up higher above the tyre which may provide for a slight increase in entry angle. The only other difference I see, other than the colour, is the logo. Other than that they are pretty much the same but we should have expected that. I think they both look pretty descent and will do the job and hide the ugly bits on the front of the 150. I'm going to the Adelaide Caravan and Camping show tomorrow, so like Bev (above) I will take some photos and talk to the guys. Will be interesting to see if the bar is suitable to all models include the Kakadu with the funky camera and gear up front.
Nick, if you have a Kakadu or ZR you are going to lose some of the side field of vision from the front camera with any bar. I have a ZR and plan to fit the winch control box inside the bar behind the motor (as ARB suggests) and then add a Warn wireless remote so I don't have to access the control box plug. I fitted the control box under the bonnet on my Hilux, so that's another option if I run out of room. I will keep the forum informed. I will try driving lights and see how much vision I lose.
ARB suggest a Sahara Bar if the camera is important to you.
Cheers,
Jack
