I fitted the shower system today, I purchased one from Aftermart Wholesale - Piranha power shower kit with pump and shower tent $500.00
It is not a bad kit although quite expensive.
The pump may be overkill for the system at 11L/m and 55 psi and I found it hard to find a space for it. I think if the pump was one size smaller it would be easier to fit and also lower the price.
The shower head is not acceptable at its current flow rate and I will need to seal off at least half the holes to save water as it will pump 20L in under 2 minutes.
I did not use the supplied switch or wiring as it is not matched to the system or environment, I instead used a encapsulated 100% waterproof switch, tinned solar cable and soldered and shrink sleeved all my joints. If I had used the supplied switch it would not lasted long as it is not a waterproof switch and would have retained moisture from engine washing etc.
Picture 1:
I mounted the pump on the passenger side wheel arch and the heat exchanger on the firewall.

Picture 2:
I used the bottom heater hose as it was the correct shape to simply be reused on the heat exchanger, the supplied hose in the kit was used from heat exchanger to bottom heater hose old position.

Picture 3:
Mounting the heat exchanger was simple enough, I used one of the supplied large C clips to an existing hole on the fire wall and then made a U shaped bracket from heat exchanger to an existing spare stud on the fire wall. There was a flat bracket supplied in the kit but the holes did not match the holes in the heat exchanger and it also did not suit my selected mounting spot.

The filter is tucked away next to the pump when not in use and the hoses and shower head fit into my drawer system.
The pop up shower tent works well and does take some time to work out how to UN-pop it so it fits back in the bag !
Regards
Derek.
