For anyone interested I think I have successfully read the ATF Pan and TC temps in torque pro on the 2021 Hilux using the following.
Mode/PID: 221627
Name: ATF Pan Temp
Equation: A-40
OBD Header: 700
---
Mode/PID: 221628
Name: ATF TC Temp
Equation: A-40
OBD Header: 700
No idea if this will work for the new prado but I assume it would. If anyone else would like to try and and report back that'd be great.

I have tried the latest codes for ATF and TC temperatures from the scangauge website and getting similar results to Loddo in his post earlier this month.
The readings are identical to each other and vary wildly. They are certainly not the transmission temp or torque converter temp.
I have reported the results ( including a video showing the the outputs) to the Scangauge support staff.
Now waiting for further info from them.
