The last couple of times I used my compressor, which is mounted under the drivers seat, it was running slow, very hot, and smelled like burning clutch. Considering I run an auto that was definitely three red flags... So, turns out the connector at the compressor must have suffered from some corrosion and gone high resistance. Safe to say that it's all fixed now with 50A Anderson connectors.
