Hi All, I am very unimpressed with the FM radio reception in my GX and wonder if it is a consequence of the in-window antenna or the quality of the radio (or both?). I find the signal breaks up even around the city (Bris) in places where there are tall buildings (esp along Coro drive). But more frustrating, I find the range outside the city is quite poor and when travelling on the open road there are very long stretches without FM radio reception. BTW, I only listen to ABC Classic FM, in case anyone is interested! So the question I have is this. Can I solve this problem with an external antenna and if so, where can it be attached/inserted (I don’t have a bull bar) or do I need to replace the radio?
Thanks
