The auto oil change for 2017 150

Hi guys,

I want to change my auto oil recently, I am going to do it at home. I bought the penrite full synthetic which show in the picture below. BUT, my uncle told me that do not ever use the auto trans oil other than the original one, at the same time, I bought 15L of penrite full synthetic auto trans fluid. So the question is CAN I USE THEM? LOL! If not, I prefer to return them rather than destroy my transmission.

Totally agreed. I changed my16 6speed auto 2 weeks ago, used genuine 3 x 4lt bought it from dealer.

That's what I used in mine. It says Toyota WS on the label. I have done about 50k since I replaced it.

i used penrite in my Landcruiser 97 220000kms and blew the auto trans pump, so i would stick with genuine, thats why i have a new prado now

Is the oil pump self priming??
