Breather Hose Size

Hi,

I'm looking to extend my transfer case and transmission breathers before a Cape trip. Anyone know the hose size for the 2 x transfer case breather hoses and transmission hose? I'm looking to order brass fittings to and hose for the extension. I'm planning to use air compressor silencer filters for a filter at the end of the extension hose.

I've already extended the rear diff up the fuel filler spout. Is there a breather for the fuel tank? I remember seeing one on my old 120 series however I can't see one on the 150.
