  • Using 120 fuses in 150 series

I blew a 10A fuse the other day in my 150 series (my fault) and forunately had a spare. Cannot get over how small they are and almost impossible to remove with thick fingers.

Also discovered I had several spares from my old 120 series. They are certainly taller but appear to be same width.

Has anyone used 120 fuses in the 150 series? They look like they will fit apart from the fact that they will sit higher in the fuse racks.

You do know that in the main fuse box in the engine bay there is a tiny pair of white plastic "tweezers" that are designed to pull and replace those small fuses?
Well, at least there is in the 120.

Ralph there are spare fuses normally in the fuse box under the bonnet incase you need one urgently... I know you asked about the 120 fuses but just incase you didn't realize that's all....and even that white plastic tweezer thing bushbashers talking about using a small pair of long nose pliers is heeeaps easier for people with fat fingers (like myself)......Cheers Steve
