How many amps does the 150 D4D OEM alternator put out

Factory 80-90 amps,

I just fitted a Oex upgrade, pretty sure 120 amp

I figured 80 to 90 but I am after a definite answer, as I don't want to draw too many amps with my dual battery and camper setup

stock is 100A for the 150 series. I think mbc is thinking of the 120 series which are 80 amp

Do you know what temperature and revs it makes 100A output?

I'm also curious if anyone has actually measured anywhere near the rated output.

Alternators are generally rated at 6000RPM (alternator rpm's) and at 25C.

Found this on the net:

"If you have a 6" crank pulley and a 2" alternator pulley. 6/2=3"

Divide crank shaft pulley size by alternator pulley size to get the ratio
