That looks like a great choice with the extra thread terminal bolts a real bonus, wish my battery had them.

I thought they were a bit of a gimmick, but recently found that hooking up the air compressor or other accessories was much easier. Not bad...

The best battery(s) I've ever had were the Odysseys. I use a PC1700 as a starter/winch battery in my camping car. It just goes and goes and goes....

Have you checked the voltage (after 8 hrs of resting with nothing connected) to check if your alternator is charging to 100% which is 12.84V.

I can't seem to get my PC1700 past about 12.65V just using the alternator.
