Prado 150 communication error, need some help please.

Hello, I hope someone can shed some light for me.

My Prado 150 is 2016 year model, and recently has done some modifications like bullbar, snorkel, 2inch lift, air compressor by ARB. The next day I picked up the car, I got the a series of warning lights on the dash like ABS, slip indicator, air bags etc. plus the temperature shows 'E' instead of a number, speedo always points to zero etc. The worst is when I send the car to dealership they told me the workshop scanner cannot communicate with the car's computer, so they cannot get error code. After a week's diagnose, they said it might be the skid control ecu faulty and needs a replacement, but they cannot guaranty anything it would fix the problem.

Can anyone please share any clue what could cause this problem? or recommend an experienced auto electrician in Sydney who can provide a firmer idea?

I can only partially help here - " E " is displayed when the temperature sensor is not plugged in , or the wiring to it is faulty. All i can assume is that something is not plugged in properly when the parts were installed. or maybe they cut some wires or joined accessories to something they shouldnt have. If you are able to , check everything over and check every single fuse under the bonnet and under the dash. pull them out one by one so that they go back into their connect slot. take photos prior as well

I can still drive from ARB back to home on the day, but the next day morning, when I started driving out, after a few hundred meters, all bad things happened, I've been to Toyota dealership and a couple of workshops, no one can give me a firm conclusion what is the fault. They said they checked the fuses and they were all good. All I expect is someone please recommend a good auto electrician who may help me and save me some money and time to diagnose. thanks in advance.
