Just checked the Toyota tracking website and mine has changed from "Planed for production" to "in Production".

Hopefully late Feb like the dealer said.

    Cheers

White GX, no options, $54K drive away, no waiting, pretty bloody happy with that.

non of the colours are very exiting so took the white and saved the 6 month wait, would of got silver if I had to order.

                Hi Alan

I hope Toyota don't pull one of their "VIP Customers" preferences on you, I had a contarct on a 120 with vin and chassis numbers and the crap the dealer gave me was the Telstra are a vip customer and Toyota can overide delivery on standard vehicles. Cancelled the order and then had to argue about getting the deposit back.

I trust you have better luck than I did on the first one, my 150 is fantastic.

See ya on the tracks, Richo.

That's why we order ours through the VIP department, so we don't get VIP'd. Ours come from the government fleet sales manager.

                    Congratulations Alan,

I ordered my D4D GXL on 18 September and the tracking system tells me 'In production - January'.

Could you tell us when you ordered yours? I'd like to get an idea when I might expect mine to arrive - the dealer tells me '...late January...'

                    Cheers,

Good response. So have you decided on a date for the beach run in March?

The car is due on the 17th and then will more than likely spend a good week at TJM I doubt it that too much will happening before April, not to mention the wife is booked fairly solid until June, so I will have to back to u on that one!

Hi Dreamer, mine was ordered about the same time, maybe a couple of days before yours. Mine only stated In Production for a couple of days and then was listed as in transit with all detail fields filled out.

Richo, mine was ordered through SWANN Insurance as a new for old replacement, so hopefully they have enough pull not to get mucked around.

                          Cheers

                            Hi Alan

I was wondering why you had ordered another so soon after the first, good to see an insurance story with a happy ending, Hutch when you get the new one let us know and I'll organise a day run and we'll find some traction requirements for you to test the traction control

See ya o.n the tracks, Richo

I don't think I would be as patient as all you guys. Both my 120's were picked up less than 2 weeks after I made my first visit to the Toyot dealer, infact my first one was bogged 6 days after I got the first quote Dressed in my finest on the way to a wedding (couldn't resist testing it out)

                                Cheers Andrew
