I had an issue in WA with a fuel line today (Saturday) and the guys at Mandurah Toyota were absolutely fantastic. The problem was caused by my usual Toyota outlet in SA as part of the 40k service. The Mandurah guys went above and beyond to help me. I believe you would be hard pressed to find a better dealer Australia wide which probably explains all the trophies they have from Toyota. Congrats to the service department and to the sales guys that looked after me and my family while we waited for them to fix the problem (AND clean down the motor of diesel and 4wding dirt SMS dust).

The whole experience was above any expectations and frankly one I thought extinct in today's society.

Well done to them and thank you.

I have always used City Toyota in Nedlands for all work on my old troopy that I wasn't happy to tackle myself.
            Great service fair price.
Bought my 150 GX diesel from them in 2010 the week after the hail storm.
They went out of their way to locate one for me from another dealers shipment, luckly I wanted white.
The Toyota fixed price service is available at any dealer Australia wide.
Now have 56000 on the clock so just one fixed price service left but I know they will offer me good rates after that.
The whole team there are great to deal with from new cars through to spares and service.

              WA Dealers

+++1 for Chris at City Toyota, Had my 20k done there and asked them to look at the Auto trans "flat spot" that occours whey you accelerate after rounding a bend and the car feels like it looses the gear. Either way top service and fixed the problem that the 10k service people couldn'tfix evern after an extensive test drive to demonstrate the problem. Even gave it a wash

Melville also do what they call a wash.
After one service the car came back dirtier than when it went in, and it smelt like nasty pond water for about a week.
I assume they use recycled water.

                Scott.

60K service at City (Northbridge) Toyota last week. All went smoothly, all queries were listened to and addressed. Even looked at a problem with the auto shifter that Melville and Canning Vale seemed to deny existed. So far it looked like a simple fix. Sad that it took nearly 3 years and 3 dealerships to solve. Anyway... Service reps were friendly and helpful. And the car was cleaned well inside and out. Very happy. It is out of my way, but I wish I had gone there first.

Just had the 40 k service done at Toyotaways Rockingham, second time there and mainly for convenience, checked the auto trans flash for me and looked at the tail shaft clunk (just regreased but said bring it straight back if you have any probs) rattle in the A pillar ( traced to an issue in the front guard that is an emerging issue apparently, mudflaps ( discussed the fix, first time anyone has done so, but can only do the repair if they send the original mudflaps back to Toyota - unfortunately I left these in QLD when we moved back to WA after replacing them with gravel rush) on a down side they didn't do the 5 wheel rotate as per the manual and the wash was fairly ordinary, however at least they washed it, unlike the guys who fitted the trans cooler who left greasy paw prints all over the bullbar.
Nothing to stop me going back for the 50k though especially as they are close, will be a different matter once the fixed price service is over though as I can't see what each item is costing, or in some cases what they are charging listing.
Took the opportunity while the car was on the hoist getting the muffler changed to look under the car and it appears that all those things that should have been done have been done, so I'll put in a vote for Rockingham Toyotaways.
Have since changed to City Toyota Northbridge, wasn't happy with Rockingham, tried city's and haven't looked back, great attitude and understand customer service.

Just moved to Perth and looking for a recommended dealership (or other) to service my diesel, auto 150 GXL. I have heard good things about TLC in O'Connor, however I live and work north of the city and would prefer some recommendations for northern dealerships/mechanics. I note quite a few people rating City Toyota as being good, but they have dealerships in Perth, Northbridge and Nedlands - which one is the good one?
                      Appreciate any recommendations you have.

Aberdeen Street in Northbridge. Wasn't happy with Newcastle Street when I booked there by mistake.

                              Hi all,
I can Highly recommend Newtown Toyota. I dealt with their Finance manager (rather than one of their salesman) and recieved great service and a GREAT price.
Whilst shopping around (prior to going to Newtown Toyota) I also went to Melville Toyota. All I can say is that they really did not want to sell me a car. They did not return my calls, they would not quote over the phone, and when I visited the price they quoted was not competative at all, not even close. Their 'wait here while I speak to the manager' way of doing business makes me think why have sales people to start with????
Anyway... all I can say is give Newtown Toyota a go. Speak to Adam Dicton.
I've had the car serviced there twice now and cannot fault them. Jay and Anthony. Polite, proffessional and honest.
They are a bit out of the way for me, but well worth the effort and slight inconvenience.
                              Cheers

I need to book my vehicle in somewhere to get the tailshaft replaced. Just wondering if anyone in Perth has found a dealer who is willing to change it straight away instead of stuffing around trying to grease it again, which we have already had done on the previous services?

There were a lot of positive comments for Mandurah Toyota but I noticed all of these were earlier posts from when the thread was started, are people still getting good service there or have they let things slip?
