Oh dear!

My 30k is due in a week or so and looks like my only choices are Sci-fleet Albion, Strathpine Toyota or Windsor, Sydney!!
Was going to go to Kedron but I don't have your patience brogers.

Does anyone have any experience with Motorama Browns Plains or somewhere on the Southside of Brissie?

The mechanic who services my Prado is ex Motorama Forest Lake. Have always been happy with his & Motorama FL work.

I've already said my piece about Motorama Salisbury.

I'm keen to hear any good or bad experiences with Springwood Toyota.

To be fair, once the Sci Fleet management got involved, it was all sorted very quickly it would seem. They are busy because they are generally good, thats why I go there, and also because its nearer to my work....I can't blame the whole company on the poor knowledge and behaviour of some individuals. I wonder if the person in question will apologise?...I won't hold my breath, because I suspect I am not the first person they have tried to bully over the service counter...thats certainly how I felt. I think they are on top of things now, and if there is any issue just ask for Liam, the service manager himself, he knows the ropes.

I have bought my 4th Toyota in a row from Toowoomba (used to be Butlers) Toyota. Always had every service done there without any backlash. When I had an issue with post service, I'd ring them up and 'rick please bring it back as soon as you can and we will do it while you wait'. I picked up my third Prado from there two weeks ago, had a few bugs in the wiper dwell, getting a free full detail because of that. They fitted a towbar to my previous prado and didn't tighten a nut up enough, I found it when I got home, rang them straight away, got next service free with wheel alignment and balance thrown in. They are truly a big country town dealership. The service manager lived three doors up and would bring home loan cars for us and he would take our prado into the shop and swap back when he got back home. Some of us are just lucky I suppose.
