The sparkplug spanner slot is very useful to us diesel owners. Fits a very nice sharp knife. My 150 build - http://www.pradopoint.com/showthread.php?27423-A-Random-approach-to-a-Bluestorm-150-GXL-D4D-automatic

I stick with white cars, so there is usually a colour shade to match, even from another dealer.
As for the metallic colours, you can be up shit creek trying to find something similar.
Read an article today in the Sydney Telegraph about Toyota Australia being $700 million in arrears over the last 3 years of trading. Not good.

There is a quote from Toyota Australia senior executive director Dave Buttner - "The loss if irrelevant. Our job is to manage whatever it is. Every day we have to find a better way to do what we do."
Not much of a quote but that is it.

When I acquired my 2009 150 Kakadu it had the paint tin, don't know if it's any good though after 3 years in the glovebox. I did notice the empty slots in the toolkit but thought the previous owner had knocked them off. I managed to fill most of the empty slots from the contents of the old 95's toolkit when I was handing over the trade-in. I had to grab the screwdriver, slip joint pliers, and 12-14mm spanner IIRC. I don't have the ratchet or spark plug socket wrench that goes in the last 2 holes though, at least that looks like what they are for.
I didn't take any of the jack related parts from the old tool kit, they were all still in the new one.
