          • Removed roof rails and installed a Rhino Pioneer platform. Not as hard a job as I thought. Took about 1.5hrs all up.

            • Ordered a TJM T3 bar for it, having given up ever seeing the AFN one in the flesh

                      • Installed the GME TX3345 UHF radio in the center console with 6.6db antenna. Also moved the USB from center console to the a 3 port usb hub in the card holder and installed a UHF radio RJ45 input socket in the center console instead of the USB. Big thanks to the many guides in this forum.

                        • Built a box to contain tubs for an upcoming trip to the center. Happy with the result, however the 16mm MDF makes for a pretty heavy box, maybe 30-40kgs?
Anyway, I built it so I could store stuff on top of the flimsy plastic tubs (clothes and food).

                          • Hi all,

I bought a clean skin recently and got it back from the workshop today. I had ARB deluxe front bar with 18" great white LED light bar fitted, ARB underbody, ARB sidesteps, Safari snorkel, ARB roof rack and awning. Also got a Redarc dual battery setup so I went all out. Looking at getting OME 50mm lift and Cooper ST max wheels in the next week.

Can anyone tell me if I can get 285's on with a 50mm lift? I'm currently running the standard Dunlop A/T which is 275.

Standard size is 265/65R17. 285/70R17 requires a different offset rim of about +10 to +15.

                              • Cheers for that amts. Think I'll stay the same size to what I've got now but in a better tire.
