Did you get the free replacement ones from Toyota? When the 150 first came out, the mudflaps were too short. Toyota then replaced them for free.

Supercrap are supposed to carry after market ones. Every time I drop in theres nothing in stock and the children wearing company clobber are as helpful as an umbrella in a cyclone.

Clarke Rubber and make your own extensions to existing mudflaps.

I extended my short ones in a fit of rage after seeing the state of my rear bumper after only a few klm of gravelly stuffs:

They look poo, but I could make the any size or shape I wanted. It is 6mm insertion rubber from memory. I took the factory ones off, traced them, enlarged the trace, drilled the holes to mount in the original places, bought new longer screws. It was a prick of a job, but they stop the damage to the paint. Could have made them longer, but I ran out of rubber and it probably still cost $100 all up.

                  Cheers Brad

Send Frank from RallyX a message, when i spoke to him recently he was working on some new material and was hoping to have it all setup and ready shortly. You might be in luck.

would you happen to have the template that you used to make your mudflaps, they look fantastic.

                      cheers

Hi Geoff. Sorry, I don't have a template. I kind of drew them up free hand after tracing the original mudflaps. They work really well though, probably could have made them an inch longer but they do the trick.

Maybe I should start a business!

                        Thanks for the kind words.

                        Cheers Brad.

Hi lurker. I have a 2009 150 Series Prado. After complaining (many times to the dealer) about the length of the OE mudflaps front and rear it turns out Toyota actually have a slightly longer version. This stopped the sandblasting in the rear bumper. My car is raised approximately 40mm.

The longer ones aren't long enough for my rig. 40mm raise and rear bar still has damage from stones. We are fitting a Kaymar, the wife is really happy, it will be much easier to put school bags in the back of the vehicle...lol
