I extended my short ones in a fit of rage after seeing the state of my rear bumper after only a few klm of gravelly stuffs:
They look poo, but I could make the any size or shape I wanted. It is 6mm insertion rubber from memory. I took the factory ones off, traced them, enlarged the trace, drilled the holes to mount in the original places, bought new longer screws. It was a prick of a job, but they stop the damage to the paint. Could have made them longer, but I ran out of rubber and it probably still cost $100 all up.

Hi Geoff. Sorry, I don't have a template. I kind of drew them up free hand after tracing the original mudflaps. They work really well though, probably could have made them an inch longer but they do the trick.
Maybe I should start a business!
Thanks for the kind words.
