TJM Bullbar hitting plastic inserts

That is interesting, all the bash plates on my one are badly rusted, more rust now than paint but the main bull bar remains OK

From a bit of Googling it seems to be a common problem, at least with the center plate.

I will see if they want to replace them for me too?

Good luck, I couldn't get any more joy out of them but then I didn't have an invoice for the bar since mine came on the Prado (bought 2nd-hand through a dealer). The wing plates on mine are fine it's just the center plate and the winch cradle that had an issue. They replaced the main culprit so I guess that's better than nothing.
