Not wishing to hijack the thread, but I have noticed that the trip computer on my 2010 150 GXL is reporting around 3 to 4 LHK more than the scangauge does at 2500 rpm in 4th sports. The recorded fuel uplift figures agree with the scangauge.
I thought they both got their data from the same point, namely the ECU. Anyone had the same?

Hi Prado owners, I'm on my 3rd Prado now and the worst economy so far. The previous 3.0 averaged 9.3 for the 3 year life.
Given I have fitted AT3 , I expected a slight increase, but so far after 4000km's mostly in the burbs and a few country trips it averaging 10.7.150 GXL, 2.8D4D, Koni lift, AT3

With 6000 Km on the dial mine's running at 10.7... Have noticed as low as 9.6 after refuel and on highway... but does creep up afterwards... have noticed it as high as 11.2 about 300 km after refueling. So I suspect it does vary a lot depending on driving conditions... Would love to see it get lower than 9 though!2.8L Kakadu (Chrystal Pearl). Extras - Snorkel, tow-bar, tint & bonnet protection. Wish list - Bash-plate, diff breather extension

I have just done another fill up and the best tank yet at 10.3l mix of 10% highway / 90% city. Previous tank was 12.7l and that involved 10% off road / 10% Highway / 30% towing and the rest city driving which isn't bad either.

With over 4K on mine now, fuel economy is still woefull.. Last weekend a gentle trip down the Hume to Melbourne returned a 12.5 on the way down and an 11.7 on the way home. That is sitting on exactly 110 with cruise on. I have seen with my own eyes another 2016 that was doing under 9s, so yet another thing to raise with the dealer I guess..

Very odd you are getting such high fuel use. Are you driving on flat tyres :-).2018 150 Series Crystal Pearl Prado VX 2.8l. 2 inch King springs and Bilstein shocks, Airtek TJM snorkel.
