Has anyone ever received a definitive response from Toyota about the roof load capacity of a Prado 150? I've seen comments about ..."lets assume your roof load capacity is 100Kg" when trying to factor in how much weight can be placed on a Rhino Rack but I've never seen anywhere on YouTube or on this forum a definitive response that someone has received from Toyota about what the actual roof load capacity is. Thanks

I did note that the install instructions for the GX 3 bar roof rack does contain a rating part number PZQ30-60180
Copied from doc.
Maximum carrying capacity: 100kg evenly distributed over the three cross bars. Maximum carrying capacity off-road: 66kg evenly distributed over the three cross bars. • The maximum carrying capacity specified in the fitting instructions and on the cross bars should not be exceeded. The capacity noted in the vehicle owners handbook should be observed. Where the load capacity differs, the lower of the nominated load capacities applies. • When the vehicle is to be used in rough off road conditions, please build a safety factor of 1.5 into the maximum carrying capacity, 66kg for off-road use. Although the roof cross bars are tested and approved to AS1235-2000, Australian conditions can be much more rigorous.07 GXL D4D M6.

How much more definitive do you want ?
I was told this was the case for my Rhino Rack Pioneer platform, but like I said, have never seen the black and white of it.
