Reprogramming The UltraGauge1.4

Hello, new first time Prado owner here - 2019 GXL Auto.

I’m reprogramming my UltraGauge from the previous car and having trouble displaying a few things. I’ve successfully got the Trans and Pan Temps, but would also like the below:

I would like the UltraGauge to display what gear it’s in (whilst it’s in Drive) - is that possible?

Can I display the trip average fuel Ltrs/100kl automatically each time I start up or do I need to set it every time (it doesn’t seem to change from 30.9 which doesn’t sound correct)?

I came across codes for Torque Converter Lock Up Status on another thread, but it doesn’t work on my MY18.

Does anyone have the correct codes to achieve the above?
