Softer suspension?

Hi All,

I have a 150 GXL (d4D) and has clocked 62K km.
Enjoyed it (and warranty ended), and now wondering anything I can put in to get a much more comfortable suspension (and ride)?

I found that adding my 2 inch lift made the ride more comfortable on top of the increased height. Stopped the double bouncing going over speed bumps etc.

Not sure if you wanted a lift as well as improving ride but I like mine.

Any softer and it would be a bean bag, so I'm assuming you want to reduce the body roll and nose diving under braking? If so, new springs and shocks plus tyres with stiffer walls will help.
