    Hey photoprado,

They are great links, very happy with mine.

Don't forget to use the middle locating washer from the oem links!

        Hey,

        Yep it's the body mount, check out the photo in post #4 of this thread;

        http://www.pradopoint.com/showthread...imum-extension

It's a bit hard to see, but the oem middle washer goes in the same place, and sits on top of the bottom bush underneath the mount. The oem middle washer has a raised centre section which fits snugly in the mount hole.

You'll see what I mean when you pull your oem links apart!

The Roadsafe kit doesn't come with a middle washer, and even if it did you would have to swap it for the oem washer, as it has the raised locater.

          Hey again,

Forgot to mention, 30mm is the optimal extension on the swaybar links if you're running factory lower trailing arms. Just cut that threaded section down so you end up with the Roadsafe being 30mm longer than oem link.

Also put a dab of loctite on the locking nut so it can't work loose.

              Sounds good, need photos!

Did you specify Dobinsons standard MRR shocks, and what springs did you go with?

As I understand, Dobinsons will swap springs if you're not happy as long as you don't leave it too long. Worth a call.

Still working on mine, life has intervened again...

Managed to fit up the Roadsafe links today:

                Shiny!

Cut them 30mm longer than standard. Locktite on the locknuts. Just need a grease and we're good to go. Next...

                  Thinking of going the same.
What springs did you get in the back and what sort of load do you have in the back
                  Front Springs?
What do you have bulbar, winch second battery?

Have been struggling to achieve the 615mm rear shock length that jamieprado mentioned a couple of pages back with the 60701. Finally have the answer.

Firstly, the first two numbers of the code 60701 refers to the shock body diameter. The standard MRR Prado shocks are 10mm less than that, 50701.

Secondly, to get a 615mm extended length, the internal bumpstop can be trimmed. It is 25mm standard, so order it cut 15mm and we have 615mm length. Will stay with the 50701.

So these roadsafe extended swaybar links suit the 120 and 150? Double checking before I order a set for my 150.

                      Cheers, Nova

Looks like the same part number, but there is an ebay version for the 150:

Installed, apart from the missing rear 487 springs:

Front Remote res attached to strut tower:

Rear Remote res attached to inner guard:

View of rear shock from above the tyre:

                                Rear shock stone guard:

Also managed to install the DBA disks and amts's diff drop kit.

Installed by Razorback, great helpful work there!
