Hi Can I upgrade my 2013 petrol suspension to 2020 diesel, i have been a friend who is changing his suspension afetr 1000klms so basically new and my 2013 has done 200000klms

Yes you can. Just compare the front springs before putting it together.

Is yours sagged?

If there are no leaks to the shocks, you don't have to change them.

Will they have different coila nd shock rates for petrol or diesel?

Just different spring rates at the front. You should see different coloured dots on the springs. The diesel and petrol have different front axle weights.

And your front will sit a little higher afterwards.
The 2” lift in my petrol was more like 3” at the front until I realized I had been given diesel spec springs, and so swapped them for petrol spec ones which fixed that.
