Hi guys,
I am looking at Coopers for my 150 GX Prado tyre size is 245/70R17 (a bit of a barstard size)
There is a choice of H/T or S/T in that size in Coopers, most others don't even list anything other than H/T.
Most of my driving is city or the long trip from Perth to the east once or twice a year.
In WA it is mostly sand driving which the H/Ts are a great choice but once I venture into the eastern states rock mud etc should I choose S/T.
The little bit of noise difference wouldn't worry me but would the wear rate be similar on either.
I can ask the tyre dealers but most of you guys have been around 4wds for a while and aren't as bias as the tyre dealer in your opinions
