Quick check on the Partsouq parts catalogue and the OEM TPMS on a European RHD 2017+ (MY18+) with 433Mhz TPMS requires:
    • 5 X In-Wheel Toyota Sensors VALVE SUB-ASSY TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR (2017- Jun 2021 P/N 4260748020 /
      Jul 2021+ P/N 4260753040 / fitting kit all P/N 0442333060 - may only be needed for reinstalls)
    • 1 X SWITCH TIRE PRESSURE WARNING NO.1 that mounts in the switch panel to the left of the steering wheel (P/N 8474650010 or subst 84746AE010)
    • Replacement of the existing Smart Key ECU with the combined RECEIVER ASSY ELECTRICAL KEY & TPMS ECU (2017-Jun 2021 P/N 897B060100 / Jul 2021+ 897B060250)
So assuming the wiring is already there still not a plug and play addition as new ECU will require programming for the sensors and vehicle keys.

What TPMS kits do people recommend?
I been using an Ebay special (~$30) since 2018.
Change the batteries every couple of years.

I use a 6 wheel eBay one that sits flush on my dash above the instrument panel. It reads within 1 psi of my digital gauges and hasn't needed batteries in two years
