Powerful 4X4 Bullbar details

I am looking aty getting a Powerful 4X4 bullbar, are the locations for the normal recovery hooks blocked when it mounted so i have to buy the tow hitch option for an extra $300 or are the factory mounts unobstructed?

Yeah I gotta say, if it isn't too late I would definately definately avoid that bar!
