its not a hard job, helps if your mechanically minded , much easier if the front shocks are fitted into the struts in a spring compressing press, but...

They make a big difference with the 3.4lt really smooth through the rev range, bit more efficient as well, yes it was worth it, I fitted Pacemaker.
