I have recently installed a snorkel from rv tek- Aussie tuff. It came with template and all instructions and all the hard ware to fit it. All you need is the tools, 83 mm hole saw 13 mm drill to fit hole saw and other general hand tools.
All in all the process was quite easy I just took my time and triple checked everything before drilling.
The snorkel coast me 65 the hole saw 70 and I had to get a new drill as mine was only a 10 mm.
If you want to know more info just ask

I fitted a ORU as in Outdoors aRe Us snorkle about 3 years ago. Solid construction, easy enough to fit (same as any other one) watched for ages and they had a sale on the snorkle and bought and fitted their unit. Use heaps of silicon on your air box where ever two bits of plastic meet. Ken.Ken
3.4 GXL man 1997 petrol / gas, BFG mud tyres 265 75 16, front and rear camera, Jaycar 6300Lm LED 6.5" D/L * 2, 15W LED reversing/work light, diff breathers, 42mm lift, Rear Anderson plug, Dash cam, and way too much recovery gear for one vehicle to carry around. No more HID headlamps. No more Narva D/L.

There is an excellent post with photos and instructions, it was very well done by a fellow pradopoint member.
