  • Front Brakes on a 90 series

Thanks to all who advised me about what sort of new rotors to get for the front of my 90 series.

I bought DBA slotted directional rotors .

I looked in the manual but the Ellery Manual that I have doesn't clearly tell me whether I have to take the wheel hub off or not when replacing the rotors.

Can anyone advise me as I will buy a new set of wheel bearings when i do the job.

It seems prudent to change bearings if I am going to that extent in pulling down the hubs.

Is there anything else I could do whilst I have the brakes apart?

    Thanks guys.

Very easy to change the rotors . Take the wheel off undo two bolts holding the calliper on and lift off calliper , the disc /rotor just pulls off. I would give the hub a good clean, rust ect before fitting the new rotor, I also would fit new pads at the same time . You don't need to touch the wheel bearings
