Its in and has come through a days drive fine with no play coming up.
    Job complete.
One tip that is not on any threads or videos ive seen, although im not saying all of them dont make this point but when you install the cups and the uj make sure that the cups are pressed in far enough that the joint stiffens up when you twist it by your hand. If you only put the cups in so that inner clip is just able to be forced in then there will be a touch of play still in there and greasing it up wont work. So with mine i whacked in the cups so that the uj was slightly tight to move and then i whacked them back out a minute minute amount and that seems to of worked well.
The clips are only 2/3 of the diameter of the cups. My clips are only just moveable when pressing them lightly with a screwdriver. If a cup was only in enough for them to snap on and still be very tight in the cup grooves against the end of the eyes then there would of being play in the joint as the cups wouldnt of being in far enough to press against the centre of the UJ
If you red threadlocked them and had thought just putting the clips on was enough without checking the tightness of the joint then that would be problematic.

Good luck to the next person doing this job

Yeah, traded in for a new 150, hopefully trouble free for a few years.
