Cruise Control lamp not lighting

G'day all,
I've just done a run from Perth to Meentheena station (Marble Bar) and return via the Great Northern Highway and Nullagine/Marble Bar road.
On the blacktop I was using the cruise control extensively and only recently noticed that the lamp no longer lights when I press the cruise control switch.
The cruise control function still operates correctly, just not the lamp on the indicator console.
Is there a fuse or wiring that needs to be checked to see if there is a fault in the lamp circuit?
Will I need to remove the indicator console to check the lamp?

Any help appreciated.

It's just the bulb that's gone.... Cruise is in the engine ECU on diesels so if all else is working fine it will be just the globe
