power window motor replacement

Hi, today the pass side window went down, but not up again. Took off door card etc. And tested wiring, all seems to make some sense, power delivered when switch operated each way.. so left with the motor being deaded.
Rang around locally (Adelaide) and found at least 1 used for $125...
Before I go and spend money on a used one has anyone else found a source?
I can't really believe that the motors are designed differently from left and right side land cruiser... Or even maybe the same as Rav 4 (year????) Etc.

Any thoughts or knowledge please?

Hey mate, I don't have anything helpful to add sorry but I have pretty much the same issue and I'm also from Adelaide so would love if you can keep me updated if you work it out.
My front passenger window is in the up position and won't go down. Neither the switch on the door itself or the drivers door will work to make the window go down but when pressing up on the passenger door switch you can hear the motor click.
I owned another 90 series in the past and the passenger window would go up very slowly like the motor was struggling so I feel like this may be a common issue or maybe we're just unlucky.
