How to get maximum fuel economy from 2002 TX 1KZ-TE when towing caravan

Hi, about to purchase a wind up caravan which will weigh around 1300kg fully loaded. Will be setting out for a year long trip so in no hurry. I have read that sticking to 80km/h max will give me best fuel economy but have seen other recommendations based on sticking to the rpm that deliver maximum performance. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance

Diesel power additive, each cars gong to be different... But if auto try to keep the torque converter locked up that's above 82 in my car , it would be VERY worth while getting a big trans oil cooler added to the system but you must leave the rad cooler in aswell
