Left front flapping sound, or squeak when not accelerating

Recently noticed a squeaking sound from the front left of my Prado, if I accelerate it goes away. If I pull over and stop there is no sound at idle or revving.
Sometimes the squeak changes to a flap flap sound instead.
Wheel seems tight as I thought bearing at first.
Any similar probs found by anyone else?
Main belt looks good and is tight. Normally they make a sound when under load rather than not under load also.

Update.
Pulled the wheel off to check for any play.
Bearing feels tight.
I am wondering if it is the cv. The cv does not feel loose, but what else rotates at the wheel minus the wheel, bearing and brakes near there?
From what i have researched, cv's normally make noises when cornering, or vibrate at speed for the inner hub.
I only seem to get the squeak, squeak sound or flap flap when either no accelerator on or only lightly. No sound at slow sharp turning.
Heavier accelerating all sounds dissapear in my Prado. So not sure if a cv is the problem or not. The rubber boots are intact and look good also, but will have a 2nd look at them in the morning.
If it ended up being the cv do you loose transmission fluid when pulling the inner hub out?
Hard to establish the source of the noise when of the sound disappears at rest.
Only seems to make a sound on/off if driving over about 60km per hr.

CVs only make noise if faulty when turning, more a "clack clack" noise.

have you done anything recently to it? nothing is new , its not a cable of some description that has moved and the noise is its found its sweet spot to make it happen.

I have put in a CB, LED lightbar and some other items, but all cabling is tight. Already checked those items.
Going to take it for a drive down the coast today (1.5hr) and will listen out for the noises.

I am sure i had the flap flap sound a few weeks back, but it went away.
Yesterday it was definitely there, but sometimes the flapping sound was a squeak instead.
Difinitely related sound, just hard to pin point when you cant hear it when idling at a standstill.
Could also not see anything shiny or obvious wear.
Maybe it will deteriorate after driving today, and may be able to identify it when back home( provided it makes it back..lol).

So, back from a drive down the coast.
No squeaking sound at all.
But had the flapping noise intermitently on the way down.
On the way home, the penny dropped.....
When i had the wheel off to check the wheel bearing and cv, i did notice a plastic rivet had a small piece of plastic/rubber on it, and there was a small paint/dirt removed clean spot on the front outer side of the spring.
There is a splash guard between the wheel arch, i assume to prevent water getting up into the engine bay.
The corner rivet point of the splash guard had torn, allowing the lower edge of the guard to flap against the suspension spring when at speed.
I removed the splash guard on the way home, and hey presto, flapping sound gone-ski.
I will replace the splash guard with a more robust section of 1.5mm rubber from work instead.
This doesnt explain the squeaking i did hear, but will follow that noise if/when it returns.
