Actually, I have gone from 86kg to 105kg in the last 6 months, the seats get better all the time as my fat rear slowly moulds the highly stressed material and components.

I'm very happy for those who find the Prado's seats comfortable. Having driven a few vehicles in my life though, these still rate as the most uncomfortable by a long shot.
Has anyone fitted seats from other vehicles to their Prado's? Might be a cheaper option than expensive aftermarket options...98 GXL 3.4V6

Unfortunately, it is not just a case of fitting different seats with home made box section, you need to have them professionally fitted and engineered then modification plates fitted.
As I have said before, if you find your seats uncomfortable, then try adjusting the seat into a different position, or the other thing you could do is go to an upholsterer and get the seat padding redone as the padding would be worn.97 VX Grande, with front & rear air lockers, ARB Sahara winch bar with tigers 11 winch, 2" EFS lift, 265/75/16 Achilles Desert hawk XMT, and more.
