    Re: rear draw system

Yep, sounds like the UK. I get attacked by a croc, I'm going to use more than harsh language. They can bill me!!

Daft, you can't have any of that, but you can have a two tonne truck.

Ahh well. Not the place for that argument.

We are not well placed in the UK for Landcruiser bits and those which we can get are usually stupidly expensive. This has saved me a heap of money. Really want the finish to look professional. Need to get some of that carpet to cover it in, or go with an aluminium deck liner.

    Cheers Mick

      , Hi Lc,
Did you put any locks on those draws so they don't come open when driving up hill or don't you have many steep hills over there. Maybe the locks are hidden at the side and we can't see them.

Steep hills? The UK is built on a hill. As I said, the build isn't finished, but yes, I have added some catches. They're like the airline style ones for keeping drawers closed in flight. I spring loaded them so that I can adjust them to the right tension so that they don't flop down, but don't grind against the frame to stay tight. They seem to be working really well. Off to Scotland tonight to give it all a good shake down.

Tidy. I like the addition of those cooker rings too. Must make brewing up a cuppa very easy
