There are 2 sizes of front sway bar on 90 series. 25 and 26mm from memory. I like to run 1mm larger ID than bar to prevent bush curl out

Thanks for the Info Gihan, very usefull

Completed the job with 26mm bushes, i believe it was stamped on the bar to confirm the diameter.

    Ended up using nolathane ones

    Hi MrGreenz,
Welcome to the forum. Try amayama.com for OEM stuff or your local stealership. Recently I replaced mine with OEM and made a huge difference. I also replaced the links and the link bushings as well.
Find out the OEM part numbers from japan-parts.eu so you know exactly what to order, so you do not have to measure the diameter
For Superpro stuff, I used sparesbox.com.au. I replaced the steering mount bushings with Superpro.
    Good luck.
    Cheers,

    Sway Bar D-Bush

    Hi all,

I'm looking at replacing my D bushes. Will probably do the link bushes aswell

I'm struggling to be sure on the bar sway diameter, I wrapped some tape round and then cut and the tape read 26.7mm when divided by pi.

Although looking online it's kinda looking like a 25mm from the little i can see.

I'm thinking go 26mm..... cant be too far wrong then hey?

Also where is a good place to pick these up? I see superpro do poly ones

I think this is what im chasing:
48815 BUSH, FRONT STABILIZER BAR, NO.1
    48815-35100
    The car is a 99 RZJ95R 2.7 petrol

    Thanks,

    In advance
Working...
